Yes, we will have free shipping on EVERY order. This is one of the ways we want to provide the best service to our fantastic friends that help support us. 

All of our products (minus tracts and hats) are made and shipped to order by a 3rd party company.

Your order should be sent out within 2-5 business days of ordering. From there, shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 days, depending on your location. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is shipped so you can see real time updates.

Currently, we are only shipping to the 50 states in the U.S. If you are out of the country and would like to order, please let us know so we can see how much demand there is for international shipping.

RETURN POLICY / CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Yes! Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the return shipping fees. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

To complete your return, please send us an email at shop@apologiastudios.com. Let us know your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, along with the reason why. We will then email you instructions to process your return.
